What payment options does Burdeen's Jewelry accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay and Apple Pay. We also accept wire transfers and cashier's checks.
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing in-store in the form of a Jewelers Reserve Credit Card provided by CITI Financial. The program offers 12 Month Interest Free depending on credit worthiness.

Shipping
Where does Burdeen's Jewelry ship?
All orders are shipped with
signature required.
We ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some countries have restrictive policies regarding the importing/exporting of exotic skins and materials therefore some items maybe not be available to ship globally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns
Do you offer returns?
Returns, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Client Advisor Service for further details. Certain fees may apply.
When will my return be processed?
For online orders all returns upon delivery are reviewed by our master watchmakers to verify that the condition and function of the timepiece are consistent with the shipping condition. Upon watchmaker approval, refunds are processed within one (1) business day.
How will I receive my refund?
Orders paid via Burdeens.com will have their refunds provided via the same payment method. Orders paid via cashier's check and wire transfer will be refunded via e-check.
